    Why isn't Heel Toe or Double Clutch being taught in regular driving schools? I hear double clutching saves your clutch from unwanted wear and tear so why isnt it being taught at a beginner stage?

    Guys sorry for the confusion. I changed the topic because it wasnt in the right forum.

    Instead of Fuel Efficiency I'm now talking about driving/racing techniques and why they arent taught in non-racing driving schools.

    Kwento sa akin double clutching saves your clutch. Is that true and would it consume more gas? I'd understand doing anything to shave time in a racing circuit but can it be applied here w/o added fuel consumption?

    AFAIK double clutching has no relevance in the unwanted wear and tear of the clutch

    AFAIK kaya dino-double clutch ang trannys noon (old school cars) kasi ang mga transmission noon eh walang synchronizer, ung mga modern cars, meron na lahat synchronizer kaya di na kailangan ang double clutching.

Why isn't Heel Toe or Double Clutch on public roads?
