nice win for the mclarens since mika last won it for them. 2nd in a row for lewis!!! wohoo!!! he is a good defensive driver is'nt he? esp if he is in front. I still remember how he held his position against two ferraris in malaysia. now he defended well against a 2 time champ. though, i am keen to seeing how aggressive he is at taking a position like a mika on schumi in spa 2000 or a raikonnen on fisi in japan 2005 - overtaking fisi for 1st on the last lap coming from last position!
Ron Dennis is now enjoying what he hoped to achieve back then with Montoya and Raikonnen - a dominant driver pairing going at it for 1st. I hope this current pair of drivers he has will achieve the same as Senna and Prost, although its a very difficult and early comparison.Last edited by cardo; June 18th, 2007 at 09:22 AM.

June 18th, 2007 11:24 AM #29Wow, what an incredible race!
Alonso should really nail the qualifying if he has any chance of stealing some points from Hamilton.
As for Hamilton, wow this guy can do no wrong. He has yet to make a mistake. I'm not really worried about the red team anymore but if this continues, its gonna be down the wire between these two (Hamilton and Alonso). At least I'm seeing competition from drivers from the same team. (Something I have not seen in the past).
