They don't want to race it yet because of reliability issues. They'd rather score points from the old car than waste them with a faster car but less reliable.
Yup, the nose is so narrow and overall look is not so beautiful, but it seems slippery and slick that it might be really fast.
Only 2 minor problems: The engine is not BMW and Coulthard will get to drive it. :evil:

sabi ni DC, Raikkonen's shunt was hard enough to slightly move a concrete post. tapos downplayed ng mclaren yung accident. hmmm...
The 18 doesn't seem to be breaking any lap records during testing. i guess we'll have to wait and see sa debut ng auto na 'to to know if its really as fast as they say it is.

June 25th, 2003 06:58 AM #14Good call for mclaren to shoot for reliability. The new points system values finishing consistently more than anything, only 2 pts separate a win from 2nd place. Case in point, Kimi is just 3 points shy of MS despite having only 1 win. He was very consistent getting 2nd place though, so lots of points for him.
