Itai & Hadas Berdichevsky, 30 years old. They hid their 10 months old twins in a shelter while terrorists broke into their home in Kfar Aza (A Kibbutz). They tried to fight but were murdered. The babies weren't discovered and stayed alone while their parents are dead next to them for about 12-14 hours (!) before they were rescued.

Sadly only God can be truly fair and just. If memories serve me right, when the state of Israel was founded, Ben Gurion never asked the Arabs to leave but he asked them to stay, be a part of new state of Israel ( currently the state of Israel is made up of Arabs, Jews, Christians. It is not a perfect but it is what it is) But the Arabs who left to oppose the birth of the state of Israel, fought along with the other Arab states to destroy Israel which God forbade. Hence as losers to a war of their choosing, they lost by choosing the other side. Land that is captured, to the Jewish people, is the Land of their forefathers exchanged with spilling of blood, is sacred and not to be given away. BUT remember also under Golda Meirs and other Past PM, Israel was serious about exchanging land for peace which they did ( Sinai peninsula captured from Egyptians when Egypt tried to destroy Israel, was returned to Egypt for peace) and you should not forget Israeli PM Yitshak Rabin who gave up Gaza and west bank back into the hands of the PLO and eventually PM Yitshak Rabin died at angry hands of an extremist Jewish settler.. Hence your anger against the Israelis on land expansion is unfair.

The Palestinians have been offered their own nation, within Israel many times , and have refused , because they want it all and don’t want to share . And if they were in Israel in great numbers before it was restored to the Jews, how come famous American Author Mark Twain, did a tour of the country in the late 1880s and said that the country was bare and barren with hardly any people in it. After WW2 Jordan illegally occupied Israel, and most of the so called Palestinians came from there they are the « occupiers » Also the jews were restored to the land because no other country wanted them, were as the Muslims have a choice of dozens, plus all the other counties that have taken them in recent years!
