    Nothing wrong with subsidized housing.

But when recipients of such benefits complain about such because of their warped sense of entitlement, sell the subsidized houses to gain profit and go back to stealing other people's legally acquired properties, and cry foul and human rights violations when they themselves violate other people's rights through their squatting and causing needless traffic jams, resulting to lost time, gas money and pollution...

    napanood ko sa news kagabi

sabi ni HB those who have daw should share with those who don't

    but sharing is VOLUNTARY

    hindi voluntary eto gagawin niya

    pilit ito

di mo pwede pilitin ang tao mag share

pag na-implement ito, what's to stop HB from imposing other taxes?

like i said, milking cow ng gobyerno ang private sector

    citizens should be vigilant

DO NOT ALLOW GOVT TO BECOME TOO POWERFUL

People do need places to live. And they need places to live where they can get work. But applying a punitive tax to all homeowners, regardless of their ability or inability to pay the tax (actively income-earning, retired or whatever) is complete and utter bull.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

This is a stupid-*ss ordinance which is an offshoot of Congressman Hermilando Mandanas and Joseph Emilio Abaya's HB No. 4374 which proposes to increase real property taxes for the entire country by 1% to "promote volunteerism" and subsidize housing projects for the poor.

In the first place, CHARITY, VOLUNTEERISM or whatever name these idiot politicians would want to call it in the name of the poor CAN NEVER BE LEGISLATED since by its very nature, it is something which is freely given and not exacted.

My friends, the next local elections are more than a year away. But we can all resolve to VOTE THESE A$$HOLES OUT OF OFFICE!
