September 23rd, 2012 11:04 PM #13They always find faults with SMEs financial reports. Yearly nalang ako may penalties, they are now telling me to attend their taxation seminars to avoid mistakes. For me its a good investment for this seminar though sayang sa oras pero its for free. I already changed my accountant, hoping for the best for the remaining days of the year na wala na sila makitang mali sa busineses ko.

September 24th, 2012 02:04 AM #16They are wiser now than before, they are now checking the names of thr incorporators. Like the case of my sister where in she under went that same inspection/penalties stuffs done to her company she changed her company name but still the following year the BIR people are there again to check their financial reports. Same incorporators with the same address with a different name wont do any good in avoiding them.

tama ka dyan sir...
dapat talaga entrap nalang ang mga ganyan klase ng tao ng gobyerno.... mga kasama ko na nasa local govt. ang dami na namin na entrap at kinasuhan, na suspend natangal etc.... kahit mga Hepe pa... kaya ayun isang katutak ang death threats... pero it will never stop us from doing what is right....
