Noynoy doesn't look too happy at what's happening to Mar. Marami sa yellow army only campaigned for Noynoy. Did anyone notice Didi Sytangco, Jun Lozada and the Black and White Movement during the campaign? They labelled Mar as an opportunist and not a true Coryista, and campaigned for Noynoy and Binay. Noynoy found out about it and removed the B&W movement from his campaign.
^^ bro, thats politics at its finest. kahit si nonoy masusubukan kung kaya nga matiis yang mga ganyan sa paligid nya.
btw, what will you considered lozada? e kung di sila(with jdv jr) nasilat sa ZTE e malamang dami na pera nyan. di sila nagkakalayo singson(nung naitsa pwera sa jueteng umalma)
Heard the news that Villenueva is mulling to file a compalint. He claims he recieved fewer votes than the total number of JIL members in the country. Even Jamboy, Perlas and De los Reyes are now questioning the credibility of the whole thing. Buti di sumali si Acosta sa kanila. They are saying the Manual count don't match the transmitted count.

Natawa ako sa tatlo, Jamboy cannot accept that her vaunted Senatorial win was due entirely to Juday. The 14 million margin was reduced to 46,000. Didn't she realize that unlike the senate, you only vote one person for the presidency. And these three are gripping how come Acosta got more votes than them. Susunod na dito si Villar, he can ride on this silly bandwagon and proclaim that the whole election was a sham. There are no losers in Philippine politics, only winners who claim they were cheated.
Bro. Eddie party says May 10 polls ‘a sham’
The Bro. Eddie Villanueva-led Bangon Pilipinas (BP) party on Thursday questioned the results of the country’s first nationwide automated elections, saying the electronic system was far from being a success as claimed by the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
At a press conference in Quezon City, BP vice presidential bet Perfecto Yasay described the recent elections as "a sham" as he and several BP members noted alleged irregularities and massive disenfranchisement during the actual voting.
“Any deprivation, curtailment or limitation of such fundamental right upon any citizen through an election system that fails in meeting the standards for the secrecy and sanctity of the ballot makes the exercise of such right a sham," Yasay said reading from a prepared statement.
Yasay, a former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), said they have been receiving reports of a growing number of voters who were not able to vote last May 10.
He also said that in certain precincts, the election results showed a much lesser number of votes obtained by BP candidates than the actual number of votes cast in their favor. Present at the press briefing were some people who attested to this.
Missing MNLF votes
A Kumander Spider from the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), for one, said that in North Cotabato, only 700 votes were reflected to Bangon Pilipinas candidates although there were over 27,000 registered voters there under the MNLF command.
“These should have translated into votes for Bangon Pilipinas, as pledged by Nur Misuari," said Spider, referring to the MNLF chairman who had vowed support to Villanueva and the rest of BP candidates.
“Bakit ganito ang nangyari? Nasaan ang boto namin (How did this happen? Where are our votes)?" Kumander Spider said.
Datu Zaldy Dulom, vice president of the Indigenous Peoples Organization in Mindanao, said he considers the automated system as a failure in Mindanao, noting that the process was difficult and slow.
"Nagtataka ako kasi sabi ng Comelec, perfect election. Pero sa amin sa Mindanao, hindi talaga perfect election (There’s no truth that the election was perfect, particularly here in Mindanao)," he said.
Looking for answers
Senatorial bet Alex Tinsay said they were not claiming they were cheated, but were only seeking answers to their questions.
"We are still clueless as to what really happened to our votes," Tinsay said, adding that the Comelec and technology provider, Smartmatic-TIM, are obligated to explain how they arrived at the results.
This was echoed by Yasay. "Our objective is not to contest the winners. We are not taking back any of our congratulatory remarks. Our thrust is to protect the Filipino people's rights," he said.
Villanueva, head of the Jesus Is Lord religious movement, had already conceded to Sen. Benigno “Noynoy" Aquino III, who continues to lead the presidential race as of Thursday afternoon based on unofficial tallies. —KBK/RSJ, GMANews.TV

http://www.sunstar.com.ph/network/be...arities-547-pmBets put up website for poll irregularities
MANILA -- Independent presidential candidates Jamby Madrigal and Nicanor Perlas and Ang Kapatiran bet JC Delos Reyes have put up a joint website to gather evidence on the alleged irregularities of the automated election system.
In a press conference held in Quezon City Thursday, the three presidential bets clarified that they will not concede to leading candidate Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III not because they still have a chance to overtake him but because they will not accept poll irregularities.
The website where evidence will be provided is http://www.integridadsahalalan.com/.
“We are making this stand so that the Filipino people will not be rushed into thinking automated elections is a success,” Madrigal said in the press briefing.
For its part, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said they will welcome protests from any candidate.
“Of course (to) protest is their right. If they want to protest, then we would gladly answer their questions. We hope to give them satisfaction," spokesperson James Jimenez said. (Kathrina Alvarez/Sunnex)

http://www.gmanews.tv/story/190904/p...irregularitiesPerlas, Jamby, JC unite to question ‘poll irregularities’
Three laggards in the presidential race on Thursday joined forces in questioning the results of the country’s first nationwide automated elections.
The three — independent candidates Nicanor Perlas and Sen. Jamby Madrigal, and Ang Kapatiran’s JC de los Reyes — said irregularities in the elections are the reason why they have yet to concede to front-runner Sen. Benigno “Noynoy" Aquino III.
“We are making this stand so that Filipino people will not be rushed into thinking automated elections are a success," said Madrigal. “Let us be pro-active, not for us, but for future generations."
Madrigal particularly expressed concern about the compact flash (CF) cards in the election machines that were reconfigured at the last minute on the eve of the May 10 elections.
“How sure are we that the replaced CF cards have not been programmed to favor a candidate," she said, adding that she, Perlas and De los Reyes would soon present their technical findings.
As of 4:27 p.m. Thursday, GMA Network’s partial and unofficial tally showed Madrigal with 41,906 votes, Perlas with 48,678, and De los Reyes with 39,853. The combined votes of the three candidates were even less than disqualified bet Vetellano Acosta's 162,842.
For his part, Perlas said he, Madrigal, and De los Reyes would come out with a website to gather proof of poll discrepancies.
Perlas and Madrigal had not conceded yet to Aquino, who has so far received more than 13 million votes. De los Reyes, on the other hand, had withdrawn his admission of defeat following what he said were reports of irregularities.
Madrigal, however, clarified that they were not claiming that they were cheated in the elections. —Sophia Regina Dedace/KBK/RSJ, GMANews.TV
Maskin ibigay mo pa lahat ng boto ni Villar, ni Gibo, ni Villanueva at ni Gordon hindi parin kayo mananaloTo be honest I know NO ONE who voted for either 3 but I do know someone who voted for Gordon the 6th placer...
sabi nga nila... with every change, its going to get worse before it gets better.

ironic that those who don't want to concede should've been tagged as nuisance in the first place .. while the legitimate na may laban have already conceded ..
Yung 3 kumag kasi (Jamboy, Perlas & JC), di ata matanggap kahit pa i-combined yung votes nilang 3, mas mataas pa total votes ni Acosta...........:hysterical:

In DZMM, the commentators where questioning how Estrada can question the results when his vice is leading in those same returns. Binay is already claiming victory in a still inconclusive close race while Erap wants every vote counted in a obvious landslide loss...
.. ironic that erap with 4M difference in the national tallies doesn't want to concede and ask for all the votes counted first while his running mate binay is already saying that he already won just bing up with 800K votes and that mar should concede .. i don't see binay telling erap to concede .. i don't even hear a peep from him about erap anymore .. it's all about me me me ..
oh well .. that's binay for you ..
Mar's camp are already pointing fingers.
Did Peping camp campaign for Noy-Bi?
Tingting Cojuangco says Roxas camp only looking for someone to blame for prospective loss
MANILA, Philippines - A faction among the relatives of leading presidential candidate Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III junked his running mate Manuel “Mar” Roxas II in favor of their long-time political ally, Jejomar “Jojo” Binay of the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino, according to Aquino-Roxas tandem supporter Fr. Eliseo “Jun” Mercado.
Ang dala ng mga Cojuangco ay Noy-Bi, not Noy-Mar (The Cojuangcos are carrying Noynoy-Binay, not Noynoy-Mar). They all came here [in Mindanao]. Tingting Cojuangco was here with Jun Simon," Mercado, a professor at the Notre Dame University in Cotabato City and founder of the Mindanao Leaders Coalition or Kusug Mindanaw, told abs-cbnNews.com/Newsbreak in a phone interview.
Margarita “Tingting” Cojuangco is Noynoy’s aunt. She is the wife of Jose “Peping” Cojuangco Jr., the younger brother of the late President Corazon Aquino whose alleged deals and influence-peddling during her administration led a columnist to coin the word Kamag-anak Inc. (Relatives Incorporated).
Simon, on the other hand, is a member of Peping’s Council on Philippine Affairs (COPA). He was appointed by President Aquino as OIC Mayor of Quezon City in 1986.
“Of course, they still have their contacts during the time of Cory,” Mercado added.
Mercado said this could be part of the reason why Binay is leading over Roxas in Mindanao. It was also helpful that Binay campaigned in the region; he said Roxas did not.
Binay and Roxas are neck and neck in the vice presidential race. Both camps claim they will win in the final Commission on Elections (Comelec) tally.
Comelec tally as of 10:57 p.m. on Thursday shows that Binay is leading Roxas by around 800,000 votes.
Tingting's denial
Tingting denied she campaigned for Binay, however.
“I saw Nene Araneta 3 days before the elections to strategize for Mar. Roxas’s supporters’ remarks are unfair! They should find someone to blame, I surmise,” she said in a mobile text message sent through Peping’s spokesman Joey Romasanta.
“Thank you ABS-CBN, di ko alam ganyan ako kalakas sa ARMM (I didn't know I'm that influential in the ARMM). I have true friends there and I respect my Moro friends’ decision to choose the leaders they like,” she said, answering the question of abs-cbnNews.com/Newsbreak.
Reports of Aquino’s relatives supporting Binay rocked the Liberal Party camp at the start of the campaign period in February. The rumors persisted throughout the campaign period, but LP has repeatedly denied it.
Binay and the Cojuangcos are historical allies. Binay was the first OIC mayor appointed by President Aquino after the 1986 People Power Revolution. He and his family have not left city hall since.
Binay’s Makati was also the regular venue of anti-President Arroyo protests led by the Corazon Aquino.
Asked again about recent reports that the Cojuangcos campaigned for Binay, LP campaign manager Florencio Abad on Thursday said: “That we need to validate. As it is now, it’s all loose talk.”
Binay himself said he is not surprised that some relatives of Noynoy Aquino campaigned for him.
Rift with Mar camp
But Tingting did not deny the rift between her family and the camp of Roxas. She said they’re easing out people in the campaign “to jockey for positions.”
“[I] wish I had campaigned. My daughter Mikee took over for me. [She did] great work for her Kuya Noy. She’s angry at the distrust from [the] Mar staff…. There begins the easing out of faithful workers. Blaming others to jockey for positions… Justifying funds for those who lost and spent because they misspent money. Sordid stories but true to life,” Tingting said in another mobile text message.
In a previous interview, Abad said Noynoy is deliberately distancing his relatives from the campaign to avoid accusations that he is favoring them.
“In his campaign, he is very careful not to involve very openly—of courser his sisters are there—but the other members of the family, he’s very careful. And I think he will even be more strict if he sits as president, that I’m very confident [of],” Abad said. He tells people, if you’re going to help me now—you know their relatives—I heard him say, 'Don’t expect anything after this, because this is a big sacrifice not just on my part but on all of us. We’re out to prove something eh. We’re standing on a platform that says we will not tolerate abuse of authority.'”
Binay's win, according to Tingting
Still, Tingting said she, "as a sociologist," can explain why Binay could win over Roxas.
“Intrigue or not, I will answer why Jojo is leading. From my interviews as a sociologist…sisterhood alliance made Jojo win. Mar didn’t sign the peace MOA. The old folks like Jojo’s health care program. The apos (grandchildren) spread the news to vote for him. And the Boy Scouts like the little mayor [program],” Tingting said.
Mercado said the peace agreement between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front that Roxas opposed could not be the reason why Binay is leading over him in the ARMM in particular. Drilon, who aggressively opposed the agreement with Roxas, placed in ARMM’s Magic 12, he said. (abs-cbnNews.com/Newsbreak)

Surprise! Jamby says Villar was cheated
http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/nation/05...ar-was-cheated
MANILA, Philippines - Sen. Maria Ana Consuelo "Jamby" Madrigal does not believe that her most hated presidential candidate, Sen. Manuel “Manny” Villar, is that far behind Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III in the tallies of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV).
Madrigal, in an unexpected statement over ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda on Friday, said he thinks Villar’s votes may have been shaved.
“Maski si Villar na ayaw ko ay hindi natin mapaniwalaan na ganyan din lang ang kanyang boto (Even Villar, who I hate, I don’t believe that he would only get votes that few),” said Madrigal, who had asked Filipinos not to vote for Villar because of his alleged corrupt and immoral acts.
The senator has joined other tail enders, Ang Kapatiran’s John Carlos “JC” de los Reyes and environmentalist Nicanor Perlas, in questioning the results of the elections.
The three are even trailing a disqualified candidate of the Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL), Vetallano Acosta, based on the tallies of the Comelec and PPCRV. (Click here for story.)
'Unbelievable results'
During interviews on ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda, the 3 presidential candidates said they cannot believe Acosta would get more votes than them.
The 3 presidential bets said that with “evidence from the ground,” they will file petitions before the Comelec and ask for proof that the May 10 automated elections was clean and credible.
De los Reyes said that his 40,283 votes were “unbelievably small” while Perlas, with 49,174 votes said that he was expecting “at least a few million” votes. These figures are as of May 13, 8:15 p.m. with votes from nearly 90% of precincts already counted.
Madrigal, who has 42,283 votes, claimed cheating in the automated elections was done by pre-programming the flashcards for the Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS) machines and by printing additional ballots that do not have security features.
De los Reyes, for his part, said Ang Kapatiran Party noticed that alleged cheating in this year’s election was done by “shaving off votes in small places.”
The 3 presidential candidates said that they are raising the possibility of electronic cheating, not because they were expecting to win against the big wigs.
They said they are fighting for the people’s vote and for the next automated elections.
