ok moving forward...
unlike previous elections where there's a smooth transition --
ung mga tao ng outgoing president nakikipagusap sa mga tao ng incoming president para ma-ensure ang uninterrupted na takbo ng gobyerno
well there won't be any of that
there won't be a smooth transition of power
knowing Trump's character he'll sabotage the transition

Yup, but it wouldn't mattter.
There's a protocol that will be followed, people will be replaced as expected, critical briefing will now be co-shared between the incumbent and the president-elect.
There won't be any surprises come January 20, 2021 midday.
Only a court order can halt this process/protocol. That is Trump's only hope.

doesn't matter?
if transition doesn't matter why do all previous departing and incoming admins do it?
kaya nga itong ilan linggo bago maupo ang bagong presidente dapat naguusap ang dalawang kampo
hindi ung after inauguration doon lang malalaman ng bagong admin ano ang naiwan na trabaho ng lumang admin

Ideal, but not a necessity if the other party doesn't cooperate.
It's part of the system, kaya nga for example sa Pinas eh delicadeza na ang umalis sa puwesto aka tender a resignation ang cabinet members once a president is in the waiting to give the incoming chief leeway to choose his staff. Midnight appointments is also banned, except for the Judiciary that is, under current jurisprudence. All the other branches of government have career officials in the ranks, even if you remove the cabinet secretary the agency, instrumentality or bureau will just go about its mandated business.
Transition, whether smooth or not will go on. As long as the incoming choef is backed by the military amd recognized by the other states as the clear winner, they're gonna be proclaimed and will assume the position.
If Trumpet trashes, he better be prepared for more legal trouble. I don't think he's stupid enough to get the ire if the US gov't. He's not gonno cooperate - most probably - but not as dramatic as you think. Them reds need to think about the next election. A belligerent ex-pres wouldn't do good for their image. Hehe [emoji38]

Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
That's what he actually did. He also retrofitted an eps to his 1970s era beetle. Btw, now...
