josh, i know how u feel about it, i experienced the same 6months ago. father ko naman ang me problema. emergency bypass ang recommendation ng cardio sa st.lukes. pag pala nasa ganung sitwasyon, apektado lahat...mula pagkagising sa umaga, yung mga pang-araw-araw na gawain minsan hindi ko magawa ng tama kakaisip, sa trabaho naman di mo maibigay ang full concentration, hindi makakain ng husto. one good thing in my case ay dun mo makikita yung tulong-tulong na pag-aalala, pagpapahalaga ng bawat miyembro ng pamilya.

araw-araw ako sa sto.dmingo church noon, nakatulong ng malaki yun para mapagaan yung dinadala ko sa isip at dibdib. like you, i even asked help from fellow tsikoteers. their prayers helped a lot.
