    hmm... sa training sa amin dito sa work, pwede rin consider yung jokes to be harassment. Yung victim kasi daw ang laging reference sa harassment. So ingat-ingat lang sa bibiro-in or sasabihan ng jokes.

    bluebimmer, it could count as harassment if the joke is not taken as a joke.

    apparently, the culprit thought he could get away with it. to hell with him...

    anyways, i will be advising my female friend to arrange and take necessary actions.

    3 weeks ago sa amin sa pampanga, napatay nung helper ng biyenan ko yung manugang niya matapos niya mahuling nakapatong sa anak niyang babae na 2nd yr highschool lang. nirereyp daw siya tuwing alang tao sa bahay at asa trabaho yung ate niya(asawa ng rapist). hinuli ng otoridad yung tatay pero pinalaya din nang hinsi magsampa ng reklamo yung pamilya ng rapist, mali naman daw kasi ginawa niya.
    alam ko sa ganitong sitwasyon asa panig ng batas yung tatay.

    parang pareho din kung mahuhuli mo yung asawa mo na nasa 'act' with another man.. kung mapatay mo sila pareho eh wala ka yatang kaso.. basta on the act mo silang mahuhuli..

    I have a friend who loves taking pictures of girls rear ends w/ his mobile cam. My question is, is this ***ual harassment if he get caught?

    ganun ba? kasi pag among peers (at least in the office) there is no "binding force" (ie termination, promotion) that will make you submit to what your superior would make you do.
