So ingat-ingat lang sa bibiro-in or sasabihan ng jokes.Originally Posted by BlueBimmer

thanks, mazda-that what i've read too. just confirming.
bluebimmer, it could count as harassment if the joke is not taken as a joke.
apparently, the culprit thought he could get away with it. to hell with him...

Not only to subordinate it is also applicable among peers. Typical examples of ***ual harassment include ***ually oriented gestures, jokes, or remarks that are unwelcome; repeated and unwanted ***ual advances; touching or other unwelcome bodily contact; and physical intimidation.Originally Posted by bardigones
Both men and women can be harassers or victims of ***ual harassment.
I have a friend who loves taking pictures of girls rear ends w/ his mobile cam. My question is, is this ***ual harassment if he get caught?
ganun ba? kasi pag among peers (at least in the office) there is no "binding force" (ie termination, promotion) that will make you submit to what your superior would make you do.
ang manyanyari nyan grounds for termination
lack of good manners and right conduct
