RIP President Pnoy. Thank you for your service to the country. Far from perfect but still better than what we have now.

I thought he was petty and vindictive during the early days of his presidency, blaming the Arroyo admin for this and that but heck, here comes his successor who would be turn out to be much worse than Pnoy. Pnoy can be faulted for certain things, but he will be remembered for having the cojones to stand up to China's aggressiveness in the WPS, something which we cannot say about his successor. His decision to run in 2010 was a good thing, otherwise we would have witnessed an ex-con return to the Palace.

The foreign press has positive things to say such as “oversaw highest GDP growth in decades, stood up to China”

Bloomberg - Are you a robot?

Yung naalala ko pala yung Yolanda at yung SAF44.. Yun ata naging challenges sa administration niya..

Anyways, thank you pa din kay Pnoy.. Hirap maging presidente..

Simpleng empleyado din ako pero pinaka malaki impact ni Pnoy para sakin, yung pag increase ng non taxable sa bonus was under Pnoy at yung sa Philhealth that was under Pnoy, I will never forget that dahil 2015 na confine second Mom ko and she had no philhealth pero I was able to get her a number. I like Pres Noynoy because he did NOT neglect the middle class.

I would take 20 yrs of Pnoy over Duterte honestly, he is the worst president this country ever had, I'd say even worse than Marcos.

BTW this is the news I woke up too and I ALWAYS feel hurt whenever a good person dies so young 61. Kaka senior pa lang and a lot of people now are living up to their 80s. It's true that the good die young at ang masamang damo matagal mamatay

May mentality kase ang pinoy na 'damn if you, damn if you don't'.

Rest in Peace, former Pres. Pnoy.

he's far from perfect, but 1st came to my mind was the flourishing economy under his watch.

Most of his achievements were intangible to the common folk: high GDP, high Moody's ratings, things that attract foreign investors, taking China to court, a more serious attempt at AFP modernization.

I did not like him at first, but compared to the current one? We thought he was noynoying with his MTWThF work habits in his early days, but look at Digong with his once a week/late night rants. Or Noynoy's student council cabinet and staff compared with Digong's senior citizens and department of clarifications?

The hatchet job against PNoy started in late 2011 with the release of YT conspiracy videos of 1896 revolutionary traitors and WW2 collaborators.
