hindi naman rocket science yan sa Pilipinas, kaya ang daming artista, celebrities, pretender, bolero na senador, presidente etc.

anyway noynoy was a true blue atenean from grade school to college major in economics.

so why are you asking if i was "lumping Noynoy with FPJ and Pacquiao"?

it didn't matter if noynoy was "a true blue atenean from grade school to college major in economics"

noynoy won because he carried the aquino surname

seeing the support for cory after her death LP took advantage of the opportunity and made noynoy run

and what are you trying to say with "a true blue atenean from grade school to college major in economics"

that makes noynoy a whole world classier than an actor and a boxer?

it's exactly views like that the split the Philippine elite

you got this faction of elites who think they're more deserving to rule the country coz they got "breeding" and "pedigree" and "history" (old rich landowners, spanish descent, alumni of certain schools)

they look down on the faction of elites who became wealthy recently, who don't sound, look, and act "classy"

well this new faction ain't bowing to the other faction

this will define PH politics and society for years and decades to come

which brings me to my elite-overproduction explanation for why there are intellectuals who support the rich and powerful jolog faction of elites

coz the club of snobbish elites won't let people different from them into their club

if you got money but don't look a certain way, act a certain way, talk a certain way, and aren't alumni of certain schools... wala di ka join

so pakyu said the jolog elites we're forming our own club

Of course. They don't even belong in the same planet. Noynoy has good values - dignity, integrity, principled etc. He is data driven pa daw. Bonus pa that he is a man of substance (bookworm, audiophile, dog lover, gun enthusiast, car enthusiast etc). Hindi mapapahiya ang Pilipinas kay Noynoy. Pacquiao has nothing between the ears. Jinkee Pacquiao as first lady. Que horror! What is she gonna do post in social media everything and make malacanan look gaudy?

this is not my thinking it's your's.

my mentioning of noynoy as an atenean is a response to your post about only popularity like FPJ and Pacquiao.

but after all the interview's with his kasamahan sa bahay, it appears that after all he is a nice boss to them.

    ^^^

again, noynoy didn't win coz of his ateneo background

he won coz of cory's death

if cory didn't die he wouldn't have become president

LP wouldn't have made him run in the first place

It's not about sosy or jologs. It's about being decent AND capable.

Isko galing sa hirap but I will vote for him if he runs

Yup that is a big tell for me kung gaano kabait ang tao, if your staff at home stays for a lifetime

    san tayo pupulutin nyan.. hehe

whats good with noynoy is.. since he came from the elite.. atenean nga eh etc... madami sya na appoint na good managers.. although meron din mga sablay lalo among friends na parang hindi nya ma control or mapigil at hinayaan na lang kasi nga kaibigan..

same with arroyo at erap.. si erap matagal sa pulitika at nasa manila kasi kaya marami din na appoint na good managers..

samantalang the current admin.. not so good managers.. halos walang kilala kaya puro retired military official ang nilalagay sa position.. kung hindi military eh artista.. worst is mocha uson.. haha

pero sana matuto na pinoy sa next election.. at sana may matinong kandidato.. it seems that we pinoys already tested so many presidents.. from a regular housewife, military general, actor, economist, son of a hero and from mindanao.. pero yung nakapaligid.. same kind of animals..

I told my Mom, I don't care if my brother gets mad at me or hates me for it, but I am FORCING him to take a dialysis. I am not going anywhere until he gets the treatment he needs. I am sure they all know that a skipped dialysis session could mean death. I know very little about medicine and I am aware that the body will be poisoned if a person with kidney failure doesn't do dialysis. I was also shocked that the night before Pnoy died he requested for sinful foods for lunch (sisig, crispy pata and burger for lunch for someone whose kidney is failing?) Yun ang mahirap kasi he has no family with him and his staff cannot force him to do anything. Also, I don't know why he did not have a nurse checking on him every X number of hours knowing he is in bad shape?
Rumors are that Pnoy was suffering from Depression before his death. It could well explain why he missed two sessions of Dialysis.
Skipping just one dialysis session would already overwhelm your body with toxins.
I agree with that considering his stature and condition, why his condition wasn't checked regularly.
Pnoy might have hidden his missed dialysis from his relatives and friends. he may not have liked being monitored by a nurse or caregiver.

Yan talaga hindi ko matanggap, yung nakapag miss ng session ng dialysis. Magalit na sa magalit but I will drag him to the hospital if I have to because a missed dialysis session is practically suicide (tapos nagpaluto pa sisig, crispy pata and burger) Napaisip tuloy ako, mahirap pala talaga ang single kasi wala siya kasama sa kwarto and his staff has no authority over him naman. May nurse daw pero bakit hindi naka monitor? June 21 pa lang nanghihina na, sana na confine na. Nanghihinayang kasi ako, na pwedeng buhay pa sana siya. May mga tao naman who endure years of dialysis

I watched the interview of his nephew, Miguel Abellada, they came over for lunch on Sunday, June 20 (nephew, mom and dad)

I wonder what will happen to Yolly Yebes and driver since 1977 (gosh hindi pa ko buhay nito)
