Well, there is that ethnic cleansing angle. In the case of the Mongols maybe there's some logic to it, but with regard to religion...i don't get how tainting the bloodline with Muslim/Christian/etc blood is supposed to produce more Muslims/Christians/etc. Me distinction ba whether you're European/causacian Muslim vs ME Muslim?

If 2 muslims breed of any race, and rear their children to be Muslims then that is a valid strategy to spread Islam.

The meme is, like the idea that Japan bans the importation of foreign cars, seemingly true on the face of it, but dig deeper and the truth is not so clear-cut. Japan doesn't ban Muslims at all. They just don't accept all that many immigrants, in total (just 2m immigrants compared to over 30m in the USA), but they've been opening up in recent years because of the low birth rate.

The "rape culture" in the Vatican can't be called rape culture because it is not tolerated or being promoted.

Some Islamic clerics, on the other hand, promote rape as a weapon, and as a lifestyle.

This is, of course, not quite as bad as the fatwas issued by some radical clerics, or the Indian issue, in which women's rights are trampled quite readily in a very open culture of rape... but it exists, nonetheless.

In context, she was just explaining the typical rape prevention measures you should take when out in public. Such as keeping strangers at arm's length and avoiding crowds. All very commonsense measures.

Unfortunately, this was not a typical situation. You can't keep them at arm's length when you're surrounded and outnumbered.

There has long been a culture of denial at all levels of the Church. It's only in recent years that these things have been coming to light.

Hopefully with the more reformist Pope Francis at the helm, there will be more accountability.

Don't bother with the sources though, just look at how he uses logic to counter the arguments.

Very useful tactic against the far left who does not care about facts anyways.
