Vice President Jejomar Binay delivered his speech as scheduled, at 2pm on Sep 18, at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.

As expected, he dismissed the corruption allegations against him and slammed his critics. He said he knows nothing about overpriced buildings or overpriced cakes.
