imo file a case in court... with an Urgent ex-parte motion to freeze or levy all her properties... and send a copy or request to the US embassy for service of the summons/complaint... to the defendant/accused...

IMO ang phil. courts do not have jurisdiction sa US... pero pag pinadalhan mo ang U.S. embassy ng request.. the US GOVT. will serve the copy of the complaint or summons to the accused or defendant..

then pag approved na yung motion... copy furnished mo U.S. embassy... baka sakaling FREEZE NILA...

we have done that before kasi.. pero without levy or freeze order....

alam nyo naman US pag dating sa ganyan... madaling kausap...

opinion ko lang po yan ha...

abot tenga nga ang ngiti ni tenga. nang ma-schedule ang pag attend ni napoles sa senate.
parang very sure naman na magsasalita nga si napoles.......
