    lots of people think na yung 50M ay "binibigay" as cash for the senators' personal account. If it's true naman, Clear naman na additional sa PDAF yun, dadaan pa rin sa DBM procedures. Much different than what GMA distributed noon na nasa paper bag.

    guilty saan? not declaring his true SALN, he was demonized and impeached because he did not report in his--- SALN ---the PRIVATE funds of his family under his control...

    IMPEACHED NA agad... GANUN? MORE or less 40 years of his govt. service is gone... retirement benefits etc... WALA agad?

    Yup, "senator judge" lang and not a real judge. Hindi siya vindicated, kahit si jinggoy atras bayag sa statement niya. "appeal" lang and not a bribe as he was pointing out sa speech niya.

    Unfortunately yes. The problem of being a Chief Justice is that you should be without disrepute. Small it may be his infraction but what is the use of having a Chief Justice if he himself doesn't know or follow the law.

    Wait, di ba yung defend ni corona na "that is how I interpret the law" (if I remember correctly). If you are the chief Justice and Mali interpretation on a simple law... Well you don't deserve the position.
