From the NLEX... go all the way to the end. Go through Tarlac, once you pass Plaza Luisita... buy a map... sorry, I really don't know how to describe it! (Ilang beses na ako nakapunta pa nu'un!)
There's a mass every hour in the morning, AFAIK. Pa-bless mo na rin ang tsikot mo habang nandoon ka. Pero it's best if you leave really early and catch the first mass. Ma-trapik na if you get there late.
Be careful, the bridge to Manaoag is under repair/construction. If it hasn't been finished by this time, the bypass going down to the river bed might be difficult for cars to use, now that it's raining.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

diretso lang sa nlex, exit at the very end then turn towards mabalacat. then turn right when you reach mcarthur. diretso lang until you reach tarlac city. before tarlac city meron Y na road, meron ka makikita na sign "to baguio" pointing to the right branch of the Y. so dun ka sa right, diretso lang din walang liko yan until you reach the intersection going to manaoag. meron sign sa left side ng road (and usually meron traffic cops dun directing traffic), turn left to manaoag.
travel time without stopping will be anywhere from 3 hours to 4 hours, depending on traffic. dami tricycle, jeep na mabagal, trucks na mabagal, etc. i suggest you go early in the morning, mga 4am to beat the traffic sa mabalacat.
