    Because of a fund raising campaign where her camp sold a bowl of lugaw for a few thousand pesos. This was sold to willing ang able supporters.

    The issue daw is that she said most of her campaign funds which in millions or maybe billions was from selling lugaw whom the others side said its impossible, she should have said some of her campaign funds but she said most, I forgot the issue na, pero parang ganun.
