We cant compromise our sovereignty that's why we need russian weapons to deter chinese aggression. Russian weapons are cheaper than US manufactured weapons. We can get more weapons with russia for the little budget that we have for our military

We need a good leader like noynoy in order to acquire weapons and build infrastructures at the same time. Otherwise the money that we need to defend our country will simply line the pockets of corrupt officials just like what happened before.
