I think he's doing this just to spite De Lima, and not for anything else. Payagan daw niya magrally sa harapan ng Davao HALL OF JUStICE ang INC.

To me, this action of his speaks volume of how vindictive this man is. Kahit mali yung INC, udyukan pa niya, basta mabanas lang niya ang kinaiinisan niya through them, by proxy. Very unpresidential, and if done often enough, is just so so wrong.
