    While it is true that the US, one way or another, oppressed and/or exploited our country, what is there to gain in fostering hatred towards them now? Tit for tat are for kids, not typically the way of diplomacy or foreign policy.

    I don't hate the US but they're also not my first choice if there's an opportunity to work or live abroad.

    We also can't ignore the elephant in the room in that, they're a super power and we're not. How do you propose to "destroy" them?
