I try to put myself in the shoes of a businessman and here is how I will think:

the biggest reason for me to bring my prices down is competition. If I'm selling the same exact product for 100 and my competitor right down the hallway is selling at 80, for sure it will be suicide for me to keep on selling as is. Either I bring my price down, or I give freebies or do something more to attract customers to my store.

And besides, as a businessman, you should also think of the future especially if you're in business for the long term... you'll also try to maximize your profit para may pondo ka kung sakali taghina uli...

you are a classic example of why the Philippines is not going forward....you are very selfish and you are pissed off with the president because the peso gain its strength? there are more people that would benefit from peso appreciation than those OFWs. i'm an OFW myself but never in my mind would i hate the president because the peso gained it's strength because her economic policy.

It wasn't the Court of Appeals which acquitted Berroya, but the Supreme Court.

AFAIK, a prisoner must have served at least 1/3 (not sure though) of his sentence before he can be recommended for parole. Eh si Pandak, shinort-cut yung proseso in the case of Erap.
