Hi guys, have you checked your HSBC 5% rebate, It always given short. I have been complaining to the customer service every month since Oct. 2009. What they can do is to say sorry but nothing happens. I even requested them to give me a call and pinpoint to me where is the discrepancy.But sorry to say, no one from HSBC call. So please have your statement check too.
