    Leather shoes:
    - damp cloth wipe to remove dirt
    - Kiwi wax
    - spritz of water

I then use a lighted candle to flash the surface, it basically melts the wax and the water prevents it from burning up.

    -or-

I light up the tin of wax...then let it flame a bit...much more smoother when it goes on.

Final step is to buff with with a brush...then cotton rag.

How come this thread is in the Politics, Economy, and Religion talk section?
