yeah, and who will be Pnoy's backer once he starts this campaign. the police, the military - sama banana in terms of bureaucracy and ghost benefits. kaya nga hindi mawala-wala ang PUVs sa edsa and other major roads dito sa'tin, eto naman ang milking cow ng mga nasa posisyon na yan in charge of these infrastructures

a lot of us were blaming GMA in the past admin. my guess is GMA knew na pader ang babanggain nya kung inisa-isa nya ang mga agencies/branches of govts. na ito so what she did is just go with the flow.

they won't change their lifestyles just like that

when you threaten people's way of life, they'll fight back

the deeply entrenched syndicates in the bureaucracy will fight back

they'll make Aquino's time as president very difficult

Well... Miriam showed it could be done if you take it one Department at a time... her stint at Immigration was very successful.
