my wife swears her teeth are cleaner with the electric (rechargeable battery kamo) toothbrush

I spotted these Colgate Acti-Brush battery operated brushes in PriceSmart. You get them in pairs. lumalabas nasa 480+ ang isa. I got one for me and my dad. Well whattya know?!

Ang galing luminis ng ngipin! Dati i just thought of these as tools for lazy people, as it turns out, mas ok talaga results of brushing. My dentist old me that these are actually better coz they put less pressure on the teeth. spare heads cost 270+ per pair. They last 4 months according to the manual.

If you want something sossier, meron din doon Oral-B by Braun of Germany. 999 for the rechargeable brush. Didnt get this coz hassle pa yung cradle charging.

It would also help if you visit your dentist twice a year and have Oral Prophylaxis.

i won't recommend a rechargeable braun toothbrush. mine only lasted 8 mos and suddenly ayaw na magcharge so naging useless na sya. bili na lang ako ng battery-operated. very handy pa.

I got the battery operated units because theyre a lot easier to maintain. AA batteries lang katapat, no cradle to mind. Plus theyre cheaper. :D

various brands of electric toothbrush has variety of claims, though braun from oral B is good and dependable.

you can buy them at stores mentioned above and at Dentista Co<plugging hehehe or at your dentist, sometimes your dentist could sell it on a less cheaper price=)

i still suggest that you have your oral prophylaxis every 6 months as the case may be, use dental floss consistently once or twice a day, and brush your teeth every after meal, or at least twice a day.
