Have you seen the public service commercials sa cable where they tell you na bawal yung illegal connections sa cable, etc...

How DUMB can Binay be to release a statement:

Dito sa Makati, may ordinansa na tinutupad na mahigpit na binabawal ang illegal cable connection....

AMPUCH... ILLEGAL NGA EH! Natural bawal!

Kailangan mo pa bang gumawa ng ordinance para dun???

What's next, ordinance for illegal robbery, kidnapping and homicide? hehe.

That's not too bad. Here in Arizona, everyone knows not to cross flooded underpasses/passes during the monsoon season. Yet every year, stupid morons try to cross anyway, thinking their 4x4 can make it. The government got tired of paying for rescuing/towing these morons from danger. So, they passed the "Stupid Motorist Law". If you try to cross a flooded pass and get stranded, you'll be paying the bills incurred in rescuing you.

There what it takes to be. Then we shall so be it because it is. To do or
not to is in the what, now or what else. Without which there never to you!
    - words of wisdom from Senator Lito Lapid.
yari si binay kasi ito daw ang pang tapat sa kanya. ok ba ang match-up?

that is actually very good idea here ha - the "Stupid Motorist Law". ang galing din mag-isip ng mga pulitiko dyan sa States 'no. now the stupid motorist has to weigh
the consequences of his actions - be branded as a stupid motorist or pay for his rescue. galing hehehe

but of course, bago ma-implement dito yan. mauuna kagad magreklamo mga "Human Rights Crusaders" with the motto: lahat tayo pantay-pantay, walang taong tanga o pasaway.

Wala bang "Stupid Politicians Law"? Seriously, apart from a recall election process, dapat merong way to kick out grossly incompetent mayors and congressmen from office.

minsan we doubt these politicians, malabnaw ang utak, but come to think of it even they have holes in their brain, they are amazing enough to win, because they "might"had planned that after seating on their desired throne they could get the money they wanted(im not saying that all politician do this, but most politicians)

I doubt it. Most of these "crusaders" don't even drive. Hihihi. Pero di ba, pag ginawa nila, mas lalo silang magmumukhang tanga.
