The key here is the sampling scheme...

If this is skewed to the people favoring a particular group of candidates,- then this is by no means, reflective of the results of the election,- but rather just an ineffective propaganda.

We can wish for all we want,- heart, soul and body. But we're just a drop in the ocean....

Sadly, my vote for all the taxes that I paid for this country, is just the same as the tambay in our kanto, who has been given P200 in a brown envelope as "transportation allowance"

The resignation of Andres Bautista alone, after amassing more than 1 Billion Pesos in unexplained wealth is reason enough to question how accurate and truthful the coming elections will be.

Those who believe that elections in Da Pilipins are not rigged are just deluding themselves.

Nung manual voting yes I do believe many are rigged. Pero with the advent of electronic voting, I think hindi na din. If totoo yan kasi, dapat hindi nanalo si PDuts dahil administration candidate si Mar eh. Sino pa ba may hawak sa gov't that time, si PNoy pa. Hawak niya din technically ang Comelec. If evr yung kickback ni Andres eh for favoring Smartmatic with a very good contract imho.

You have a vaild point there brother. The unofficial rumor why Mar lost in that election is that they failed to secure enough votes along with what they paid the Comelec. They were promised a certain number of votes combined with the actual votes of the people. It just so happened that they never expected D30 to get so many, they were overwhelmed so to speak, and then it was too late to fix it, because it would have been too obvious. The compromise they came up with was to let Robredo win instead.

That's why Bong Bong is so adamant that he won, because he paid a boat load of money to get it, but Bautista failed on his promise, more so because he was removed from office.

Anyway, that's what we heard. If you pay enough and secure enough actual votes, you win.
