I love Atty Luistro, another lawyer that's getting good feedback si Atty Rodj Gutierrez (only 30 yrs old). They were all good naman in the quad comm. Nakakapikon yung Cassandra Ong, so young and so corrupt. These congressmen/women were so patient with her! She even refuses to answer where she studied college!

She's 24. She's not a child. A lot of people have huge responsibilities - start a business and families at a younger age. Some people are just born evil. I know people with rose colored glasses and toxic positivity (usually liberals) refuse to accept this, but it's the truth. I watched the quad comm for almost 24 hrs and even the comments say that Cassandra Ong's demeanor is very SMUG. She's surrounded with "dirty" personalities and she let herself be used, other staff say she's calling the shots, so she takes commands from these "decision makers"

You don't want to make a martyr out of Roque. His 1 day detention is bad enough as he has a valid excuse imho. Kakasuhan na lang yan ng ibang kaso, probably obstruction of justice or money laundering para busy sa legal battles niya and less time sa pagiging critic.

Sedition is a crime “committed by persons who rise publicly and tumultuously in order to attain by force, intimidation, or by other means outside of legal methods in ways stated above". What Roque did is more like a protest. Freedom of speech and of redress is somehow more paramount than the right of the state to fight sedition. There must be public and tumultous disorder first.
