Otherwise, the government was sleepng on the job while claming to be dong something... fortunately the ICC didn't buy into the PH propaganda.

By this, the chamber meant that Philippine authorities failed to show they were investigating or prosecuting the same set of suspects also being investigated by the ICC’s Office of the Prosecutor.

Ah kagalingan, brilliant as always hahaha.
Everyone knows ICC is basically useless on its own since it requires the cooperation of state parties for the defendants to be arrested and tried in the Hague.

And why won't BBM go after the Dutertes if Sara guns for presidency in 2028 and the Marcoses decide to hold on to power? Given the ambitions and egos involved, that's not really a far-fetched possibility.

Now I won't be making any prediction on what's going to happen since I think there's also an equally fair chance that Sara remains subservient due to the threat of the BBM administration doing a 180 on the ICC issue but I really like the scenario where they go at each other's throat because it's more interesting. If it does happen, I can't wait for the part when the knives are out and the stabbings begin.
