Saw photos of the "rehab" manila bay. Seems like a big improvement has been done , or is just a "sanitized" portion for photo ops and propaganda?

I am guessing the real garbage is still somewhere in paranaque, sucat and cavite waiting for the rain to wash it ashore.

Yes. Antayin natin isang malakas na bagyo. That's the barometer. The cleanliness of Manila Bay does not only depend on those whose beach front it lies on but also nearby coastal towns.

Band aid pa lang ginawa nila. Pang photo op. Parang si Erap nung nagkaroon ng "coastal cleanup" kuno. Nagtapos muna ng basura staff nya para daw may malinis si meyor...
