All my doctor friends say that they grey face is indicative of kidney failure, although of course with unlimited resources he can have dialysis and even a transplant so he may not be dying...yet.

A dead president could cause economic turmoil and a political power vacuum so it's not a very nice situation to have. Hopefully this is where the military steps in to ensure a lawful succession of the VP to the role.
