MANILA, Philippines – Who is having an affair?

The marital war between Andres “Andy” Bautista and Patricia “Tisha” Cruz-Bautista, which began in their bedroom and reached Malacañang, has turned nastier after the latter’s camp denied that she was having a dalliance with another man and suggested that [B]it was the Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman who was allegedly engaged in illicit involvements and quirky zexual acts.

“She (Patricia) has no affair, (the Comelec) chairman should explain,” Mrs. Bautista’s lawyer Lorna Kapunan told media on Monday.

Kapunan hinted that it was the Comelec chief and not her client who could be into illicit affairs and ***ual sadomasochism as Patricia allegedly found a bullwhip from the Comelec chief’s personal belongings.

“Curiously, she found a bullwhip or latigo. What it’s for, I don’t know. It was in a paper bag, in a plastic bag,” the lawyer said.

Patricia’s camp also insinuated that Bautista was gay as he allegedly maintained accounts in p0rnographic online sites and on Facebook where he supposedly maintains two identities, including that of a woman.

“Website, questionable…he has accounts as a young boy, and a zexy woman. Morality is questioned, (he has accounts on) Facebook and in p0rn sites,” said Kapunan.

She further claimed that according to the poll chief’s estranged wife, that the condo units of the Bautistas had been turned into ***ual dens where Bautista was allegedly “gifted” with women.

“His wife discovered two properties used as zex dens where certain lawyers give him women in exchange for favors,” said Kapunan.


Marital problem started in 2013

Earlier, the poll chief claimed that he had been having problems with his wife since 2013 because of her alleged affair with a third party, whom Bautista said was linked to a prominent person.

“Itong problema pong ito ay nagsimula noong 2013 dahil mukhang mayroon po siyang third party at ito po ay alam ng marami [This problem started in 2013 because it looks like she has a third party and this is known to many],” the poll chief said.

A report by the Philippines Star linked Patricia to businessman-model Alfonso “Alvin” Lim, who was identified in the article as the longtime partner of renowned chef and restaurateur Marita “Gaita” Araneta Fores, cousin of 2016 losing presidential bet and former Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II.

The Philstar report said that Andy and Tisha were good friends of Gaita and Alvin, and the four used to go out together. Tisha, who had long claimed to be a seer, later on reportedly convinced Alvin that he, too, had a third eye.

According to the report, Tisha and Alvin later on became business partners and established their office in an area owned by Tisha’s mother, Patricia “Baby” Cruz.

[Baby Cruz was a close friend of the late Maria Luisa “Ising” Paterno Madrigal-Vazquez, the youngest child of post-World War II tycoon Don Vicente Madrigal, and the latter’s husband, real estate developer Danny Vazquez. Ising was once a member of the inner circle or blue ladies of Imelda Marcos when she was the first lady. Six months after Ising died in April 2016, Baby married Ising’s husband.]

The Philstar report further said that Tisha allegedly once told Gaita that Alvin was in love with another woman and would soon leave her. Later on, a text message supposedly reached Gaita, claiming that there was indeed a third party and that it was Tisha.

There were talks that Tish and Alvin have already parted ways and that the latter has moved to patch up his relationship with Gaita, according to Philstar.


Comelec chief’s wife denies having an affair with Gaita Fores’ partner

During her interview with ANC’s Hot Copy on Tuesday, August 8, Tisha denied having an affair with Alvin.

“We’re friends. We’re very good friends. We worked together, so if you see pictures of us together, it’s normal, we’ve worked together,” she said.

“We’re very close. We’re both energy healers. People can interpret that the way they want, added Tisha, claiming that it was Gaita who allegedly started the rumor about her and Alvin dour or five years ago.

“[The rumor] is still there. And I never said anything, because for me, what people think of me is not my business. It’s up to them, I’m not going to convince anybody,” said Tisha.

The Comelec chief’s wife said she could defend herself from Bautista’s allegation that she was having an extramarital affair, but “I don’t know if he can do the same, and in many ways there are a lot of people that will be affected.”

Apparently, as part of a failed settlement, the husband had two conditions: that a) the wife will sign a document to certify that she did not find anything illegal about the settlement, and b.) Kapunan be disbarred.


Not sure if i'm interpreting it right:

For a.), it seems that the husband wants to make sure that the settlement is final, para di siya balikan in case there's a change of heart later on...that she found the settlement, fair, she wasn't coerced, etc. etc.

Di kaya mali yung pagkaintindi ng wife?


For b.), just how will the wife get Kapunan disbarred? Is the wife the queen of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines? i don't know the process of disbarment but i suspect it doesn't work the same way as tokhang.

yan na nga ba sinasabi ko eh. I used to have pretty friend like that. pero grabe sa energy detection, its like she can read my mind always. and she seemed always right. it's ok sana if you really wanna know yourself but this girl can really read me and other friends. while I rely on reading body language, and facial expressions sya mind reader. ina-void ko na din yun taong yun. even if I just post a photo on facebook, sa photo pa lang may nakikita na sya sa future ko. in a sense, it's creepy na nga eh. somehow, parang ang gusto nya is to trick my subconscious to gradually leave my wife for her. parang ganun ang nangyayari, it's like im being hypnotized but walang mga pendulum clock or something
