The waiver was offered back in march para mabuksan bank accounts nila. Nobody in the opposition signed the waiver, including trillanes. Now, as a last-ditch effort to save mar roxas, they gang up and resort to dirty politics. I don't know kung ano observation nyo sir, you might be as blind as I am in supporting our candidate, but desparate na po ang govt LP. SPA is considered as a waiver here since digong is authorizing his lawyer to look into his account, ang mali lng eh ung content nya. Ngyn eto nman abogado eh iba ung sinasabi s media compared s nakasulat. He mentioned knina n single, collectively or CUMULATIVE. Given this, i give this round to trillanes especially my affidavit sya kahit hindi kapni paniwala but he still took his oath. For BPI, mukhang kyo ang deciding factor dito kung sino sknila nagssabi ng totoo pero of course nka depenede ung sagot nila s request ni digong.

Pledge and SPA will never tantamount to a waiver, especially when referring to a full disclosure of a bank account. The problem with duterte's supporters is they get easily swayed to what the lawyers and spinners feed them. Parang robot na lang talaga at wala ng sariling discernment. And I have professional friends (doctor engineers and accountants) who dropped their brains and swallowed the whole story - hook, line and fishing pole! I am a true blood cebuano and I wince evertime I see a post from a fellow bisaya who worships duterte like a demi-god.
