:furious:

BIR postings are so lucrative and BIR officials so used to tampering official records that they try to delay retirement by "correcting" — pushing forward — their dates of birth. The PCIJ's research uncovered that from 1989 to the first quarter of 2001 alone, 24 BIR personnel have petitioned the Civil Service Commission to change their birth records.

If memory serves me right, even the PEZA and LLDA were involved in a scam sometime back.

Saan agency walang kurakot? Parang wala ata...

Yung Regional offices very lucrative dun. We are annually sent a LOA (otherwise Letter of Extortion). Even if complete and in order mga papeles, meron pa sila hinihingi "for the boys" bago mabigyan ng clearance. And this run in the 2++K. Tinataas pa yan every year even if pereho pa rin yung kita mo.

Exactly! And here is Kim playing good collector when her own backyard is full of shits. So how would juan dela cruz believe her to pay when it will only end up to a bunch of crooks that is all over running the goverment.
