They may have their short comings bu generally they are "clean" so to speak. Sa PEZA nga, When I talk with Engr. Remo and Teodoro nilinaw nila agad na bawal ang under the table sa kanila and they are strict with the permit plans requirements.

Did kim ever wonder why juan dela cruz is having problem with tax because she cannot even clean her own backyard after 3 more than years. So kailan pa mawawala ang mga kawatan sa BIR pag wala na si Kim o si Kim ang mawawala matitira pa rin ang mga kawatan.

Yung Regional offices very lucrative dun. We are annually sent a LOA (otherwise Letter of Extortion). Even if complete and in order mga papeles, meron pa sila hinihingi "for the boys" bago mabigyan ng clearance. And this run in the 2++K. Tinataas pa yan every year even if pereho pa rin yung kita mo.

Exactly! And here is Kim playing good collector when her own backyard is full of shits. So how would juan dela cruz believe her to pay when it will only end up to a bunch of crooks that is all over running the goverment.
Magbarilan na lang sila nila Torres, Almedras at Abnoy.
