Hindi raw credible & trustworthy witness si Mancao, kaya ayun, the CA junked the murder cases aginst Lacson.

In the next few days, baka lumabas na yang si Lacson, at isa sa na sa mga gumigisa kay Rabusa at Garcia. From ear to ear ang ngiti........

Sabi sa radyo kanina,- hindi pa rin nawawalan ng bisa ang Warrant of Arrest ni Lacson, dahil, ihahain pa ito sa Korte Suprema.....

let's not take this decision sa face value lang, convenient nga naman na sabihin na malakas si Lacson kaya ganun ang decision, intindihin natin yun basis ng CA bakit dismiss yun case, first from what I understand eh maraming ginawang statement itong si Mancao, so questionable na doon pa lang, ano yun totoo sa mga various statement na ginawa niya? second yun direct knowledge niya na utos daw ni Lascon hinde naman pala sa kanya mismo sinabi narinig lang niya na sabi ni Rey Aquino, in short hearsay. so walang probable cause ang sabi ng CA.

speculation man.. I can't stop thinking that the ties and relationships with the current admin have a hand in this somehow.... hindi ko alam how does CA prioritize to resolve cases... pero kailan ba lumabas ang Warrant of Arrest? Kailan nag file ng Motion to Quash to the CA? Wala pang isang taon? doon pa lang medyo duda na ako.. hindi naman of national importance ang kaso na to.. and yet tapos agad ang case.. while other cases like labor cases , etc take more years ...
