Comelec allows Estrada to run in 2010

This ruling also allows FVR to run again... Also not mentioned is the ruling allowing GMA to run in Pampanga. Now to the Supreme Court.

MANILA, Philippines—(UPDATE 2) The Second Division of the Commission on Elections on Wednesday allowed former President Joseph Estrada to run for president in the May 2010 elections, as it dismissed the disqualification case filed by Evelio Pormento.

In its ruling, the poll body’s second division said Estrada could not be covered by the constitutional ban on a President’s reelection because he is not an incumbent President intending to run for reelection.

Them if he wins more importantly who is the vice? Malamang Mar Roxas the way I see it. If ERAP wins there is a high chance he will die on the job!

Ok lang yan, di naman siya mananalo. Para malaman niya na hindi siya invincible. Pag na disqualify kasi siya gagawa lang ng ingay yan. At least eto patakbuhin siya, patikimin siya ng talo para manahimik na kampo niya.

imposibleng manalo pa si erap. nadala na ang mga tao sa kanya.
