Yup, they're now using wechat pay or alipay, some don't carry cash na, some store nga sa Shanghai don't accept cash as payment but konti lang, minsan nga yung mga sidewalk vendor sa labas or mga nasa wet market accept this kind of payment.

Add to that long list is what I remember a Chinese-Filipino matriarch said during a lunch conversation about these oh so beautiful to look at women of China -- they don't know how to keep house. They're homes are a pigsty. I believe her, becasuse she should know -- she has a factory in Shanghai.

so if given that 40% ang ownership ng foreigners, then what about the 60%, dapat Pinoy. seriously, Sino makikipag share na Pinoy sa isang condo unit with a Chinese worker na hinde nya kilala.

So I figure the 60% is the developer itself.

take for example yun mga Ayala condos now amounting to P7M for a one bedroom unit. so overpriced diba lalo na sa BGC.

pero it's happening as we speak, now most of these condos, Avida ba yun are full or sold out, and when you see the residents mostly Chinese workers na sinusundo ng Vans to work at BPOs in Moa or BGC

    -----

My advice to our countrymen, be wary muna pf buying condos until at least the bubble bursts o na fill up na yun 40% occupation ng lahat ng condos, coz they cant surviive doing this forever kasi 60% hinde pa nababawi , if you buy now, delikado coz if the west philippine sea escalates, pull out lahat yan and you’re left paying eith a 7M condo , na bigla mag drop ang value

    Katakot tong practice na to

These are not people with money, these are young Chinese worker who are maybe in the 20-30 age. I think they themselves cant afford the 40% or 2.8M lump sum payment at huhulugan din nila yan

Alam ko naman kumbakit andami Chinesw dito, it’s because of the BPO , we snatched the Chinese speaking / answering call centers from China itself, coz its cheaper here.

But since the Filipinos are only good in English, they we have to ship all the young Chinese here because they know Mandarin / Cantonese to answer those call queries from natuons with the same language.
