is this problem unique to cebupac, or is it "universal" among all the carriers affected by apec?
Cebupac should have informed all passengers affected in the cancelled flights beforehand. And dapat inayos din nila yung web checkin system nila. Automatic pa rin nagsesend ng email that you may checkin online kahit na cancelled na yung flight. Just like what happened to a passenger of cebuoac recently circulating in fb, yung cancelled flight din from boracay na nakapag checkin na online.
