i think ang pinagmulan lang naman nito is yung tendency na "magbayad ng utang na loob"...

since malaki (siguro) ang naitulong ni boy sa kampanya ni noynoy, baka naman obligated si noynoy na bigyan din ng pabor ang mga nakatulong sa kanya...

noy may have a personal knowledge na si boy ay hindi magloloko.. as in integrity and character.. from a marketing point of view.. maaari may alam din si boy (in fact naging may ad agency ata si boy co - owned with kris) din... trusted nya at least...

but is he is the best to lead the tourism portfolio? .. yan mahabang debate pa..

im not an expert on politics or the validity kung fit ba yung tao sa trabahong binibigay sa government.

but what i can say is if noynoy picked boy abunda.. maybe he thinks he is perfect for the job.
