now im actually dreading na 3 years na lang at bababa na si pnoy sa pwesto. baka bumalik na naman tayo sa dating lagay ng bansa, i just dont trust binay can perform as better as pnoy.
nung time ni GMA yung debt to gdp ratio natin nasa 90% na. we were close to bankruptcy.so GMA implemented the vat and evat. ngayon nasa around 48% na. that's why the local economy under pnoy had a good start.

I wonder why those men from the CBCP were strangely silent on:

    1. The NBN-ZTE deal
    2. The Fertilizer Fund Scam
    3. The Eurogenerals
    4. The PCSO Fund Scam

Maybe the money just kept on flowing to their coffers, so like fattened cows, they were content to just lie there and watch.

One good thing you can say about PGMA, she wasn't stupid. She was at the helm at the end of the Asian financial crisis, and during the world crisis, and we survived both.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

She wasn't stupid alright, but she underestimated the ability of other people to get to the bottom of the mess her husband made. It tarnished her Presidency, perhaps even irretrievably, since she'll likely end up in jail the same way her predecessor did.

Abnoy should not be given a failing grade or he does not deserve a grade at all. He should be kicked out for doing nothing & masquerading on other's achievement. Just a few weeks ago, he brags on the7.8 economic grwoth achieved during the Q1 this year. What has he done to make it, nothing. Today, PSE is down to 6,500 level from 7,5++ , peso down to 43.2 & unemployment increased further. Those are in today's news. The idot's claim of his economic wonders is nothing but "yabang", no foundation kaya mere speculation that US economy is pick-up, PSE & peso is the immediate casualty.

How would foreign investment grow if the red tape is as long as the diameter of earth, power is so expensive, corruption in goverment (national & local) still proliferates with impunity. This stupid president is claiming out of his dreams. Autistic kasi kaya may sariling mundo cyang iniikutan.

Tama para di na natin hintayin na maging President ang ating napaka galing at ubod ng talinong si Binay. Gaganda na uli ang buhay namin mga govt. employee. :hysterical:

    Autistic? Personalan na yan.

PGMA's Achilles Heel has always been spin control. Even PNoy's government, saddled as it is with issues in which official communication with the media and other governments sometimes gets muddled, knows how to play nice with the media and put on a good face.

PGMA has always been... taray. And once she's mad, she uses all the tricks at her disposal to lash out at her detractors. Remember how she tried her hand at mini-Martial Law and shut down the Daily Tribune? Near the end, she must have felt near-invincible, and did things left and right with impunity. If people hate PNoy, they only have Arroyo to blame, for creating the need for the voters to lash out at what they perceived as extreme corruption and rot in the government. Without the need for catharsis and the desire for a heroic name to chase the demons of "bad government" away, perhaps people would have voted for Gibo or Gordon instead.

A lot of sneaky stuff went on during Ramos's term, also, but he knew how to work spin and managed to craft a strong media personality to cover it up.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
