confession as in the usual/traditional confession NOPE. the last time i did it is when i am about to gradute from high school, requirement eh from a catholic school.

BTT: I go but not often. One thing i always found enlightening though was not confession but rather, having discussions with my suking priest.

I had a friend who goes weekly. I found it lacking though because at that time i knew him, he did not appear to really practice it in his daily life.

Kung yung traditional na you have to go inside the confession booth, twice pa lang. One as requirement for 1st communion, the other as requirement to another sacrament. Never pa nasundan.

I believe God listen to my prayers even though I don't listen to his calls of changing. Ok na rin na I don't get salvation as long as my loved ones are spared or blessed.

We have a "suking priest" too. He has become a family friend and joins us for most family occassions. I would not go to him for confession though, it's kinda awkward.

IMO No use nga going to confession kung paulit ulit lang kasalanan

Kaya nung canonical interview with the priest he asked me and my wife if we confessed and we lied and said yes.

Me too medyo nalalabuan ako sa confession, its like confess then kasalanan ulit then confess.

Sabi ko nga siguro eto yun entertainment part ng mga priest natin.

Yung isa kong officemate religiously he confess weekly sa edsa shrine.

Iba style dun as in katabi mo yun pari, face to face tamang usap lang kayo removing the procedural step by step ng confession.

last time was 1998, sa US pa yun kasi tiwala ako dun sa pari, dati ko ng kausap kasi. face-to-face din, walang screen.

then umuwi ako sa pinas. after a few months i saw our parish priest at timog, may kaakbay na chiching! sa kabila ng kalye sila kakalabas lang ng sir williams hotel. so tumawid ako at greet ko si father, "father, batambata ah!" aba, snabero! parang di nakakakilala si father, at ang bilis ng lakad!

di na ko nag-confession ulit, alam din pala nya ginagawa ko e hahahahaha!
