Hm, pansin ko rin nga, every time you read any major newspaper, you'll always come across something like Bishop says this and that on almost any type of issue...

Yeah, channeling Cardinal Sin too much... to the point of abuse. Either that or it's the inherited moral-religious arrogance from the Spanish era... or maybe a combination of both.

And my personal opinion for (high-ranking) people of the cloth continues to decline...
