The decision came after Speaker Martin Romualdez and other House leaders met with economic managers to reevaluate the proposal.

“It is good that we conducted public consultations on the proposal. Concerns of the public, especially of Filipino workers who submit their GSIS and SSS contributions monthly, were validated,” Quimbo said on Wednesday, December 7.

If you allow them to tap BSP’s earnings which I also think is not a good idea then they’re one step away from dipping to our reserve.

Huwag na nga kasi ipilit dahil wala talaga ng surplus.

Ayan kasi pera pala ninyo ang GSIS and SSS ha. Eh di sa Inyo na yan sa kanila na lang yun reserve ng Pilipinas. [emoji23]

Ang panalo dito sa MSWF is not the opposition, not the people and certainly not the Marcoses but Princess SWOH who is now rating much higher than BBM.
