I've been stating here that it won't matter anymore that we discuss why we vote for him or to her? Voting population have decided.

I was just posting here surveys and news about the pre-elections activities then you started to ask me on many things.

Again, it's simple, voting population don't want an LP government. If the next administration would not handle the government well then LP may have take again the government, in 2028 + 6?, maybe, maybe not.

I like Isko also. He should just have continue being Mayor and do good things in Manila. He could run again in 2025 though.

Kaso kaya wala bumibili dyan eh dahil nga sa takot na kung manalo si BBM (2016 tumakbo yang VP diba), alangan sila na baka madali sa technicalitis ng batas (again perspective ng isang buyer knwoing PDuts, GMA and BBM are in cohorts and 12 SC justices are all appointees of PDuts and PGMA). Kahit ako I won't touch those properties with a pole.

c'mmon... I don't know you & you don't know me, let's not make it personal. "ayaw na ng tao sa LP" (majority of "voting" population) is what I read from socmed. I didn't question the No 2's achievement nor platform, nor bad mouthing her here, LP is just a bad taste of the voting population now.

Again, it's simple, majority of voting population don't want an LP government (ok, at this time). 2028 or +6, we'll see again the voting population sentiments.

In the US, was Trump (Republican) and now is Biden (Democrats)

1997 pa SC decision re tax liability na P23B. Kung tinatanong mo kelan forfeited properties, yan wala sa record ng website. Nasa RTC na nag-decide ng case kung kelan final and executory then kelan final demand before foreclosure ng properties. Thst is not usually open sa public. I don't know when they first tried to sell those properties. But the BIR said they tried already.

Baka itanong mo naman bakit sinisingil pa din kung may property na. Sabihiin ko na din at parang tamad ka magresearch (year of SC case, readliy avaiable sa net). Taxes are the lifeblood of the state, the state prefers cash as payment instead of properties because (obvious naman na bakit diba) of simple word, hassle. Second, may pera naman yung mga heirs, kung ordinary na tao yan, I am sure the BIR could have garnished their bank deposits and other incorporeal rights which are easily convertible to cash (using the reason that if ill-gotten weakth yan, pera din ng estate, so anything under the name of Imelda, Imee, BBM are technically ill-gotten and from the father, the main perpetrator). General Ligot's case is an example.
