matagal na problem ng pinas ung changing rules in the middle of the game

it's like whenever things turn out too good for investors the gov't takes away some incentives

nakalimutan ng gobyerno it was those incentives that encouraged investment in the first place

this problem has been around for decades

Legacy ni PDuts ito pero sabagay related sa BBM presidency because he can change all these with his almost unanimous stronghold of Congress.

Mahirap kasi talaga yan na subjective ang grant ng tax incentives (smells of corruption) with the FIRB. Daming loopholes and contention dyan whereas straight exemption and incentives would have beeen easy to implement and monitor.

Digong totally disappointed the foreign investors with his idiotic policy makers (FIRB, Dominguez, Diokno, et. al.), china ass-kissing and ejks. Pandak did the same to Intel by demanding unreasonable taxes.

The BNPP is a light water reactor. It can't produce weapons grade nuclear materials. Senile na talaga. Si Boy Sili naman dahil obobs, bilib na bilib.
