Suffrage extended only to taxpayers who contribute beyond just VAT. Shouldn't this sector that's funding government have more say? It might not be generally representative, will go against the principles of social justice & will never pass, but it might just be what this country needs.[emoji848]

Taxpayers also pay VAT, even more so actually. Reasonable classification naman. Kaso nga lang political suicide yan lalo na at ayaw din nilang mapasa yan kasi mas mahirap suhulan ang nagtratrabaho at may sapat na kinikita kesa sa mahihirap. Yan mas mabigat na rason kaya malabo mapasa yang ganyang batas imho.

Yup, hence I pointed 'beyond just VAT'...coz everyone pays that in every purchase of anything. & I know it'll never pass....unless hell freezes over.[emoji2957]
