^Have you been in a junket before? The premium chips are in dollars. Junket is a casino within a casino. Punto Banco is the favorite card game of chinese and koreans high rollers (by the way, China is the laundering capital of the world). I tell you, money, huge amount of money are played. The game usually stretches two to three nights, the players practically without sleep. It is a scene straight from "Runner Runner."

It's just, or a variant of, baccarat. No, junkets can't be found in the lower ground. Underground, maybe (no pun intended), but never in the lower level. Junkets cater to high rollers. These high rollers, who are mostly foreigners, just fly in and out of the Philippines. They'd be fetched at the airport with BM or Merc limos or black Lincoln Navigators complete with coterie of bodyguards.

Junket operators are Pagcor contractors. They lease a portion of the casino as their office. They also rent at least 2 metres x 4 metres casino table for Php60k to Php200k a month (I'm not sure the going rate right now). Operators usually would rent at least 10 tables.

Kim Wong is our guy. He is the linchpin that that holds Deguito, Concon, Kang, and other players together.

I wouldn't be surprised if somebody would insinuate that he was with the triad before.

    According to Rosebud.
He is a bosom buddy of Ping Lacson. Allegedly, he gave Lacson a token when the latter was appointed PNP Chief by President Estrada.

Dequito is just a patsy. L.V. Tan was involved in another controversy at the time when he was connected with UCPB.

hindi nahihiya ang walang jimmy (jiminy?) cricket.

what should be done, is to see if he really was guilty, and if so, jail him and confiscate all that money.

these guys have to be taught that crime does not pay.

Iilan lang ba nakakakilala sa kanya. Lipat lang siya province okay na. Better yet sa HK.

Much better talaga mapanagot ang may sala. Trust issue is so big with this fiasco. Kelangan nang RCBC linisin pangalan nila. It's the bank that needs to clean up their mess.

Agree here. In banking and finance, your name is more prestigious and matters more than your paycheck.

Why the sympathy for Tan?, he should be imprisoned including that lady branch manager and that chinese fellow.

This amla institution should be fixed. Their investigation is too slow.
