just what i've thought. Gurkha was Indian at first thought. anyways, it wasn't that bad looking. and frankly it was needed in Iraq, especially for those Allied Forces who was being amBUSHed by the minute.

Actually, looking at the low ride height, I wonder if the Gurkha is as capable off-road as the Humvee.
While the Army Humvee is ridiculously expensive, remember, it has insane departure and approach angles, tons of torque, and it can function even when almost completely submerged.

The Gurkhas are responsible for the jungle training of the British SAS.
Man, this baby beats any O'Gara Level 5 SUV. Kaya ba yan i-service ng Ford dito?
Sir niky, well, you gotta consider that most attacks do happen on-road, hence the name roadside bomb.

Which means you shouldn't drive on the road.
But then, looking at the pics again, that thing probably has a lot of ground clearance without the stepboards.
